Multi-discipline group exhibition of 5 Thai and International artists and designers.
.......Opening reception: Thursday 17th of December 2015, at 6.30 pm 18th of December 2015 - 24th of January 2016 at YenakArt Villa art gallery in Bangkok. SUPER NATURE is a multi-discipline group exhibition of 5 artists and designers from Thailand, Korea and France. The main theme of the exhibition is flowers and femininity, through different expressions and mediums. The creations are from figurative to much more conceptual, but all colourful and very aesthetic, showing among other messages how art and design can nourish each other.

The 5 exhibited artists are:
-Kawita Vatanajyankur, Thai Video-artist, will screen 2 of her newest videos who are staged performances, examining and valuing the challenges of women's everyday labour, using happy, day-glows colours, with lots of dark-humour...
-Ek Thongprasert, Thai fashion and jewelry designer, will show 2 installations with necklaces from his newest collection;
-Sun Young Min, Korean artist, will exhibit 11 acrylic on canvas, of different sizes (from 60 x 46 cm to 260 x 130 cm), all featuring flowers, from several of her limited and all very different series;
-Catherine Wilkening, French actress (more than 70 movies) and sculpture, will exhibit 9 white enamelled porcelain sculptures, all very poetic and sometimes playful, most of them featuring bunches of flowers and beautiful parts of human bodies;
-Artpilo, a new French brand, will show for the first time in Thailand a collection of high-end and colourful pillow covers printed with the art photography of French photographer Maxime Gautier, mostly featuring flowers but as well animals.
