Vertex Asia, a Thai-Japanese joint venture in all-in-one entertainment
and marketing communications businesses, announces penetration to the
ASEAN market under the concept CEA (Content-Event-Artist Management),
starting from Thailand.

Jirath Pavaravadhana, Co-CEO and Founder of Vertex Asia, revealed that
the company, officially opened early this year, aims at integrating
the potential of both Thai and Japanese staffs in providing brand-new
entertainment and marketing communications services to consumers in
the ASEAN market, starting from Thailand, not only because the country
is a potential market but also consumers in Thailand and Japanese have
been familiar with each other in cultural aspects for a long time.
"I believe that Thai people have been familiar with Japanese entertainment contents for more than 40 years. In addition, I have gained experience for over a decade as the provider of Gang Cartoon Channel, Thailand's first free cartoon channel which has gained highest ratings among kid channels at present. All these have been integrated into Vertex Asia," said Jirath. |

Katsuta Takahito, Co-CEO and Founder of Vertex Asia, a veteran fashion
guru with more than 20-year experience who is the organizer of Tokyo runways,
Kobe runways, Shanghai runways, as well asBangkok runways. Jirath decided
to partner with Katsuta after he found out that both of them would like
to offer novel contents as an alternative to consumers. CEA-Vertex Asia's business concept-is the abbreviation of Content, Event and Artist Management, which clearly reflects what the company is. |

Event: The company will invite artists and models from both countries
to participate in various kinds of events including festivals, concerts
and parties. The first project is Bangkok Beach Party, which was held
in April and received good feedbacks.
Following the success, the company is planning to hold Pattaya Beach Party under the concept "Japanese Style Fun" at Central Beach Pattay in November. Japanese models to join the event include Yuri Konno, Chihiro and Natsumi, as well as gravure models like Ayaka Noda, Miwako and Mai. There will also be artists, singers and DJs from both Thailand and Japan to participate in the party. |

Content: As digital TV channels will be available in Thailand soon,
Vertex Asia realizes the opportunity to offer quality TV and mobile
TV contents for both countries. The company is now working on Unseen
Dream, its first program which is a reality show in
which Thai and Japanese stars are assigned 12 missions to find tourist attractions in Thailand from the given images. Among those who will participate in the first season include Khemanit "Pancake" Jamikorn and Miss Teen Thailand Mookda Narinrak, who is now being debuted in Japan as a model, as well as Japanese elite actor Kaname Jun. The original program is broadcasted on TVK channel in the Kanto area of Japan, with audiences from over 200 million households. It is not yet included which channel will the program be on air in Thailand. |

Artist Management: The company sees the chance to promote Japanese artists
and models in Thailand, as well as to introduce Thai artists and models
to Japanese consumers.
Vertex Asia is confident that it will make a contribution to offering more exciting and colorful aspects of entertainment and fashion to Thai consumers. For this year, the company will be spending a budget of Bt20 million on marketing and public relations, with an aim at total revenue of Bt100 million. |
